It is not legal for the school to make donations of any kind to anyone for any reason as Bishop Kondo as the Chairman of the School Council and Robert Boulos the Director of the school know. Whilst some prospective students are not allowed to attend Unity due to lack of money for fees, the children of others associated with the School Council receive payments for fees owed at other educational establishments from Unity. This request by Reverend Musa was authorised by both Bishop Kondo and Robert Boulos, who also paid the requested sum. This payment was illegal and can be regarded as further theft of the schools money.

This letter was forwarded to Dr, Marina by Robert Boulos with the following attached email from himself: Dear Dr. Marina, The attached letter was passed to me by the Chairman, Bishop Ezekiel Kondo for onward delivery to you but you had already left. You are kindly requested to acknowledge and comply with contents.   Regards, R. Boulos – Director What is clearly not appropriate is that Kondo and Boulos are still referring to themselves as the Chairman and Director. They are not. Both were instigators of the theft of the school in 1995 through the forging of a letter to make themselves Trustees.  Had Boulos or Kondo checked the contents of Dr. Marina's house at the school, they would have found all contents in order, A large box of files containing documents, photographs etc that Robert Boulos had personally supplied to this Archive for publishing here. This letter, issued with the students' reports at the end of the school year 2011 is indicative of the willingness of Robert Boulos to lie to parents when it served his needs. In the first sentence of the second paragraph, he stated that Dr. Marina's services had come to an end. On all counts: educational, moral, ethical, legal, this was not true. Given that according to Sudanese labour law that an employee is in a position of having a permanent contract unless dismissed for proper reasons once the first two temporary terms of employment are completed, then the School Council should have issued here with a letter terminating her contract and then paid her the six months salary that she was legally entitled too. The Following email exchange occurred as a consequence of rumours being spread amongst parents that there were (and still are as of the date of this post) problems at the school. It should be noted that Waddah did not consult with the parents or the PTA at all but was pushing forward only his own agenda and opinions. He had no knowledge of the true situation and was clearly trying to tar the teachers as trouble makers when in fact they were trying to save the school from the criminal activities of some of the so-called School Council members, whom Waddah was supporting. As a consequence of Waddah's unilateral activities in failing to refer to the parents (to whom the role of Chairman of the PTA is always subservient) or indeed the other PTA executive committee members, he managed to ensure an offer of a place on the School Council from Bishop Kondo. Here we see quite clearly the way in which the School Council (some members of which had two years previously stolen the school and all of its assets) started their major structural reform of the school to take full control and erase all traces of the Trustees. Although many traces of the Trustees remain in the 1997 version, there are significant elements of their authority that have been removed. The left hand version of the Constitution is in fact from 1973 (which can be seen here: The School Constitution & Statutes - Revised 1973 ) - the last legal version of the Constitution and Statutes - and not the original version as stated on the page. The original Constitution and Statutes is from 1945 and appended to the Trust Deed . Rather surprisingly, David Treagust, the Principal of Unity High School at this time doesn't appear to have known much about the history of the school. On the first page, under background information, Treagust has stated that the school was founded in 1905 by the Anglican Bishop of Khartoum. He is wrong on both counts. The school was in fact founded in 1928 by the Bishop of Egypt and Sudan.
